Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the IconsRoom website and services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IconsRoom provides access to a searchable catalogue of open-source SVG icons. Icons are sourced from third-party projects (e.g. Heroicons, Lucide, Feather) that have released them under permissive licenses such as MIT, Apache 2.0, and Creative Commons. The icons are free to use under their respective licenses.

IconsRoom offers free and premium plans. Free users have access to search and download icons. Premium users receive additional features such as unlimited bookmarks, Logo Builder, Pattern Maker, and other tools.

3. Icon Licenses

Icons displayed on IconsRoom remain under the license of the original project. Each collection page shows the applicable license and a link to the full license text. You are responsible for complying with the license of any icon set you use. For details, see our Licensing page.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person or organization is permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Permitted Use

You may use IconsRoom to search, view, customize, and download icons for personal and commercial projects in accordance with each icon set's license. You may not use the Service for illegal activities, bypass usage limits, share account credentials, scrape or bulk-download icons, or resell or redistribute icon collections. Redistribution of IconsRoom as a service or product is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Icons on IconsRoom are the property of their respective authors and projects. IconsRoom does not claim ownership of the icons. The IconsRoom name, logo, and the Service itself are our property. You receive no ownership rights in our intellectual property except the limited rights to use icons under their licenses.

7. Payments and Refunds

Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase. We may change prices for new customers; existing customers retain their plan. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unsatisfied customers. Contact us to request a refund.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

IconsRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not liable for any misuse of icons by you or third parties.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for violations of these terms or for conduct we deem harmful. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any saved data may be revoked.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes where appropriate.
